Kobi, A Lawn Maintenance Robot

Kobi is the world's first autonomous, all season yard maintenance robot with 3 different modes including lawn mower, snow blower and leaf remover. Just show Kobi the outside perimeter of your property with the training mode. Let it know where any obstacles are located and assign it a dumping site for snow and leaves. It has built in GPS so it know its way around your yard as well as several sensors so it doesn't run into anything it doesn't know about. Kobi cuts and mulches the grass to keep your lawn looking healthy. It is connected to the weather forecast so it even knows when it is going to snow. It will start removing snow as its falling so it never has to deal with inches of snow. Kobi is totally self managing and always knows when to do. It even knows what to charge at its docking station. It also connects to a smartphone app so you can control it yourself, if you choose to. You can tell it when to work and when to stop or you can just drive it around.

If you are worried about it getting stolen you can rest easy. Kobi has an anti-theft device and is protected by a pin code. If someone tries to steal your Kobi, it will emit an ear piercing alarm. It will also send you a warning on your smartphone app. It will go into disable mode making it useless unless you know the pin code.
